Primark eGift card Terms and Conditions

1. Validly activated £ Sterling eGift cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise from Primark Stores within the UK.
2. Primark eGift cards may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
3. The minimum amount to activate this card is £5 and the maximum credit amount is £200.
4. There is no right to cancel an online gift card order once the gift card has been spent in full or part.
5. The gift card will expire 24 months after the last use or balance enquiry and any remaining balance will be deducted.
6. A Primark gift card remains the property of Primark.
7. Primark cannot be held liable for gift cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or defaced.
8. The funds on a gift card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some funds on the card may not be available to spend.
9. Primark reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service's withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.
10. By activating and/or redeeming a Primark Gift Card you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
11. The balance of a gift card can be checked in a Primark store at any till, or online via our balance checker.

Primark eGift Cards Personalisation: Terms and Conditions

• In brief: We’re happy for company logos, brand names and other registered trademarks or devices to be used in your personalisation, so long as you have full rights and authority to use such brands and logos. If you don’t, or you’re not sure, please don’t use them.
• We review all orders – if you think the image or words you use could cause offence or upset to others then don’t use them. We’re not super-prudes but there are some absolute no-go areas which are listed below.
• Not for resale. Being able to personalise your Primark eGift Card makes for a great personal gift but we can’t allow use for intended resale purposes.

Using the personalised Primark Gift Card site - things you must remember:

1. You must have permission to use the images (photographs) that you upload to the service and render Primark, Voucher Express and its owner, Hemingways Marketing Services Ltd, harmless in the event that a copyrighted image is used. You must ensure that you either own the copyright to, or are fully licensed to use, images uploaded to this service.
2. You will not upload an offensive, profane or pornographic images to this service.
3. Your personalised message or image must not be offensive, profane or be intended to threaten, cause offence, annoyance, embarrassment or distress to any person.
4. We reserve the right to reject orders that in our absolute discretion are offensive, indecent, pornographic, promote discrimination based on race, sex, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, religion, political opinions or age or that in our opinion might incite hatred or violence
5. User uploaded content will not give the impression that it is endorsed by or otherwise emanates from Primark or Voucher Express.
6. Please be aware that all orders are reviewed by a member of our team.
7. All orders are subject to acceptance.

Other T&Cs for Gift Cards purchased online

1. Sales of Primark Gift Cards are made, managed and fulfilled by Voucher Express - a trading name of Hemingways Marketing Services Ltd, Metcalfe House, 23H Kirkgate, Ripon. HG4 1PB, established 1947 and registered in England 453174. VAT Reg No: 169725424. Voucher Express is the seller of the Gift Cards.
2. Gift Cards ordered through this site will be sent by Voucher Express to the delivery address(es) stated on each individual order. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail services. 
3. Gift Cards will normally be dispatched by Voucher Express within two working days unless a specified later delivery date is requested. Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither Voucher Express nor Primark shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses.
4. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Neither Voucher Express nor Primark can be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards following delivery to the recipient. Gift Cards will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Neither Voucher Express nor Primark is responsible for funds on the card used without your knowledge.
5. Primark Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with this card. Voucher Express is not directly linked to Primark and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by Primark. For the same reason, Primark shall not be responsible for services offered by Voucher Express and its associated companies, including without limitation the collection and management of your credit card data and personal information which is collected, processed and managed by Voucher Express.
6. Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any Gift Cards not notified to us within three days of delivery.
7. Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase by Voucher Express. Your credit/debit card statement will read 'Voucher Express'. We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation. Primark will not be given access to your credit/debit card details.
8. Primark Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in Primark stores.
9. The re-sale of Gift Cards sold via this website is strictly prohibited.
10. Please note also that the use of any Primark imagery (including the logo) is prohibited unless you first obtain written permission from the corporate team.
11. Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
12. Force Majeure: Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
13. Breach of these conditions will entitle Voucher Express to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
