Are there any fees associated with the delivery of an eGift?

Delivery is free of charge so you just pay the face value of the eGift card. 

 

Can I change the value of an eGift card after I have paid for it?

No, it is not possible to alter the value of the eGift card after payment. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro cards, Google Pay, ApplePay & PayPal. 

 

What will appear on my card statement?

Primark eGift card orders are processed by Voucher Express. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as 'Voucher Express'. 

 

Can I buy an eGift card and have it sent to myself?

Yes, you can. Many customers choose to have the eGift card sent to themselves so they can print it off and present it as a gift. All you need to do is input your address in the delivery email fields. 
 
 

Can I buy eGift cards to re-sell?

No, re-sale of eGift cards sold via this website is strictly prohibited. If you have a business enquiry regarding the purchase of eGift cards, please visit www.primarkforbusiness.com. Please note also that the use of any Primark imagery (including the logo) is prohibited unless you first obtain written permission from the corporate team. 
 
 

What does my recipient receive?

On your specified delivery date, your recipient will receive an email containing your gift message and a link to download the eGift card. They will need to correctly confirm their email address to download it. Once, they have confimed their email address, they will be presented with the eGift code online and they will also be sent another email with PDF of the gift attached which they can print off. 
 
 

How do I know that my recipient has actually received their eGift card?

You will receive an email to confirm when your recipient has downloaded their eGift card.
 
 

Do Primark eGift cards have an expiry date?

The Gift eCard will expire 2 years after the last use or balance enquiry and any remaining balance will be deducted.
 
 

What if I need help with my eGift card order? How do I contact the Customer Service Team?

For help with online purchases of Primark eGift cards, you can contact the team via email at primark@voucherexpress.net. The eGift card Customer Services Team is available Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 12:30pm.

Where can I spend my Primark eGift card?

Primark eGift cards in £-Sterling can be used in full or part payment for goods in any Primark store in the UK and Northern Ireland. Primark eGift cards in £-Sterling cannot be spent in stores outside the UK and Northern Ireland. 
 
 

Can I include a personal message with the eGift card?

Yes, you will be given the option to include a personal message when placing your order online. Your gift message will be included in the email sent to your eGift card recipient.
 
 

Can I check the balance or expiry date of my eGift card?

How can an eGift card be redeemed?

The eGift card can be spent in-store by presenting it at the till, either on a mobile device, or printed out.
